I have over 15 years experience delivering large-scale and complex projects with organisations including the Department for Education, Defra, the Environment Agency, EE, Sainsburys and Barclays.
In my current role as Deputy Director for Service Design & Delivery at the Department for Education. I lead the transformation of the education and skills funding service that disburses over £85bn annually to 25,000 education and training providers, ensuring the right money gets to the right place at the right time.
I’m an active member of the public and private sector design, digital, and delivery communities, regularly promoting government standards by speaking at events, on panels, and on podcasts. I’ve also written best practice articles for well known publications including A List Apart and CSS tricks.
