I’m Cathy Dutton a user experience designer from Cheshire, I design and build inclusive services focusing on usability, accessibility and information architecture.

I’m currently working as a senior designer for the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra UK). I work with user researchers, business analysts and content designers to design services that are engaging, intuitive and easy to navigate.

Alongside project work I am also an active member of the design community, trained service assessor and member of the GDS design system working group, helping to maintain standards whilst promoting inclusivity.
